Rental Structure

Professional and creative bookings are structured as hourly rentals.

Hourly: $225/hour (3 hour minimum)
Half-Day (4 hours): $850
Full-Day (8 hours): $1,500

Custom rental needs and extended bookings may be discussed upon inquiry.

Community & Nonprofit Bookings

The S.O. Venue proudly supports select community-based and nonprofit organizations.

Weekday Rate: $175/hour (2 hour minimum)
Nonprofit verification may be required. Subject to availability.

The S.O. Venue is a non-catering facility.
Receptions and catered dining events are not permitted.
